My friend Sheena has always told me about her mother's amazing Jordanian cooking. I have always said I wished I had a mother who would teach me her family recipes, so I decided to head out to Plymouth to see how she does it for myself. Sheena's mother, Maggie Haddad was kind enough to have me over and take me through the steps of how she cooks one of her family favorites for the holidays, roasted leg of lamb with basmati rice.
