Car Hauler Trailer Stolen from Penske

The following information was provided by the Plymouth Township Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

An unknown suspect stole a car hauler trailer between Oct. 22 and Oct. 26 from Penske Truck Rental, 13933 Eckles Road, according to a Plymouth Township Police report. The Penske rental representative said the last time the silver 2012 Dempco car hauler was seen was noon Oct. 22, the report said. He said it was most likely stolen over night between when the maintenance shop closes at midnight and when the next shift comes in at 4 a.m., according to the report. He said there are no security cameras on the premises and was unable to provide any possible suspects, the report said. Unknown Suspect Attempts to Break into Plymouth Township Home

The following information was provided by the Plymouth Township Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

An unknown suspect attempted to break into a home in the 48000 block of Colony Farm Circle on Oct. 2, according to a Plymouth Township Police report. The homeowner told police she left the house secure at 9:15 a.m. and said when her father returned home at 4:05 p.m., he had a hard time opening the front door, the report said. She said she went through the garage and discovered that the front door had been damaged, according to the report. The officer noted that the front door had a broken handle and the door frame was cracked, the report said. Bike Stolen Outside Kmart in Plymouth Township

The following information was provided by the Plymouth Township Police Department. Arrests do not indicate convictions.

Plymouth Township Police responded Aug. 28 at 3:31 p.m. to a report of larceny outside Kmart, 40855 Ann Arbor Road, according to a police report.  A black Kink BMX style bike with lime green handlebars was taken, the report said. The owner of  the bike said he left his bike outside Kmart and returned five minutes later to find the bike was gone, according to the report. Police do not have a suspect. Plymouth Township Police responded Aug. 28 at 7:34 a.m. to a call from a woman on the 14000 block of Brougham Ct. about suspicious tampering to her silver 2000 Chevrolet Blazer, according to a police report. Canton Police are also investigating two incidents of copper stolen from houses.
