Former school board president Sneideman, longtime township supervisor Yack join incumbents Pat Williams and John Anthony.

With the recent school board elections over, Plymouth-Canton Community Schools board of education trustee Steven Sneideman is looking forward to another race — that of the swim teams' at Plymouth-Canton Educational Park. Teams respresenting Plymouth, Canton and Salem head to state finals this weekend at Eastern Michigan University and Sneideman is cheering them on. The proud dad of seniors Maggie and Emily has followed the teams closely this year because Maggie is a swimmer. Though Maggie missed the state cut by a single second, he said, he's very proud of her and hopes for the best for the teams this weekend. Plymouth-Canton Community Schools' board of education agrees to limited contract with Michigan-based Alternative Revenue Development.
As a way of raising money, Plymouth-Canton Community Schools' board of education has agreed to run ads on the district's website. ARD will negotiate deals with advertisers ranging from real estate and restaurants to health care, sporting goods and banking. Trustee Adrienne Davis cast the dissenting vote; trustee Judy Mardigian was absent from Tuesday's meeting.
