Evelyn Aschenbrenner, Neighbor

I grew up in Dearborn, and graduated from Wayne State University with a BA in Journalism. While in college, I interned for Metro Times and WDET-FM. I've freelanced for the Detroit Free Press, the Detroit Athletic Club Magazine, and the Albuquerque Journal. I recently relocated back to southeastern Michigan after teaching English overseas.

My book, A History of Wayne State University in Photographs, was published by WSU Press in 2009.

When not on deadline, I work in Canton as an ACT tutor, and I like getting coffee at the Biggby's on Ford Road.
