What's happening with this case? It's been a year now? Coleen loved her brother (my ex-brother-in-law) dearly and would never do anything to harm him. My understanding is that Ray was complaining of back pain when Coleen offered the patch. No, it shouldn't have been offered, but I would hardly call this manslaughter.
