Scott Daniel, Neighbor

A native of southeastern Michigan, Scott Daniel is a long-time community journalist.

Mr. Daniel spent seven years writing for the Northville Record and Novi News. He began as a news reporter then became the sports writer for both papers, serving in the dual capacity from 1991-97. Mr. Daniel won several Michigan Newspaper Association award for his coverage of the Mustangs and Wildcats, including opinion column and feature writing.

Mr. Daniel continued his career with the Canton Obsserver as a news reporter and then with the Ann Arbor News as a reporter and copy editor. He currently works as apurchasing agent.
