Canton Annual Trick-or-Treat Parade Offers Family Halloween Fun

The 13th Annual Trick-or-Treat Parade returns to Summit On The Park on Oct. 30.

Ghosts, goblins and ghouls - oh my!

All of those and more can be seen at Canton's 13th Annual Trick-or-Treat Parade at the Summit On The Park from 4-7 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 30.

Parade participants will enjoy seeing the Summit all decked out for the event, as well as dozens of themed stations which will be set up for ages 12 and under.

Two "path" options will again be offered giving trick-or-treaters even more age-appropriate themed stations to choose from. Younger trick-or-treaters will enjoy visiting with characters, including: the Disney Princesses, Pete the Cat, and Bartlett the Township Beaver. For those who dare, visit the spooky trail - you may just spot a wicked witch along the way or a zombie on the prowl.

New this year is a costume contest for the cutest, scariest and best group costumes.

Presale tickets are currently available at the Summit on the Park Front Desk now
through Oct. 29. These tickets are for designated times to let participants know what time they should arrive in order to minimize their wait. Presale tickets are limited and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Presale tickets cost $2, while all general admission tickets purchased at the door will cost $5 for Canton residents. Please have ID for proof of residency when purchasing tickets.

Parents are responsible for the direct supervision of their children during this special event. For more information call 734-394-5460 or visit cantonfun.org.
